Today on 09/21/2020 we had dinner again with our favorite Croatians in the Konoba Laterna restaurant. As always, we received a very friendly welcome. The drinks were quickly on the table. From the large menu we could now choose something for every taste. We opted for the steak plate, cordon bleu and the meat surprise plate. Everything is freshly prepared and tastes delicious. The price-performance ratio is right here. You are well catered for here and you feel at home here as a guest. We would love to come back. Thank you!

I would recommend this restoran to everyone who want to try traditional Croatia recipes.

There are two stars for hospitality and for fries on a dish. The bruschetta had too much salt. The main course was OK but not anymore. The dessert was bad. Strawberries that taste like nothing. like the sauce and the whipped cream. The ice cream was just very, very cheap; To ask for € 4.50 was almost cheeky. I was also disappointed with the menu in a "Croatian, Mediterranean restaurant" that has no business for schnitzel and cordon bleu. We will not be back and we were very disappointed.

We ordered out of the house for the first time today and we have to say ... great food :)! It was so delicious and super packed. Tipping was 100% earned. The cook did a great job and the guy on the phone was super nice too. You definitely won new customers with us :)

We were lucky enough to get a table without a reservation. What to say An absolute dream. Nice ambience and friendly service. I had lamb that was very good. But the best was my wife's Argentine. I had never eaten such a good steak. Mostly it was good meat but the cook was bad or upside down. But here the two went perfectly together. Don't miss this restaurant !!!!

Everything there is perfect. Food is really good, people who work there are really nice and the whole ambient is awesome. I would recommend this place.

We were in Leipzig for two days and had researched the address on the Internet. A good choice. It was a mild evening so we could sit outside. Inside it was also well filled and we wanted it a little quieter. Typical Croatian ambience. Wood and cozy dim. The service was quick without being overzealous and of course friendly. Food and prices were identical - good and sufficient. Cleanliness up to the toilet were good. As a starter we had a "trio", consisting of 2 mussels with tomato sauce, baked shepherd's cheese with garlic and 2 medium-sized champion heads with garlic sauce (2). As well as a garlic soup (2-). One main course was "half and half", pork skewer with 4 cevapcici. In addition the typical Djuwecreis, french fries and salad (2-). The other dish was the "steak plate". Beef steak, turkey and a minced steak (Pljeskavica). There was also a baked potato and Djuwecreis and salad (2-). Finally, we treated ourselves to a strawberry cup with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream (2). To recommend.

Best food in the area hands down

I was surprised how nice the restaurant looked. Even I could see that the waiters we're professionals. Despite the restaurant being full everything came in a timely manner from the drinks to the food and check. Don't get me started on the food though, the food was so delicious that I ate it with speed that a soldier would admire-The portions are pretty big so don't worry. All in all it was a pleasure to be there and I had a great time.
